The most recent incident involved a jogger who was approached by a black Audi as they ran along College Road around 20:00 BST. A passenger in the vehicle squirted what is believed to be water directly into the runner's face from a bottle. Previous attacks in the Elmbridge area—near Esher Road's Molesey Road roundabout—have involved a black SUV from which a glass bottle containing liquid was thrown.
